PolypLab One is an all-in-one reef supplement that delivers calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity in a carefully balanced ratio to support healthy coral growth and long-term chemical stability. Designed to simplify supplementation, it replaces multiple dosing solutions with a single, precision-formulated additive.

Unlike traditional multi-part systems, PolypLab One maintains ionic balance without increasing salinity or introducing unwanted by-products, making it ideal for both established reef systems and tanks with limited dosing capacity.

Usage Instructions

Shake well before each use. Dose 1–4 capfuls (5–20 mL) per 190 litres of total system volume in an area of high flow, away from direct contact with corals. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.

PolypLab One may temporarily cloud the water after dosing; for this reason, it is recommended to dose at night. When dosed correctly, One helps maintain approximately 400 ppm calcium, 7 dKH alkalinity, and 1,300 ppm magnesium.
