PolypLab Reef Primer Coral Dip is a potassium-based disinfectant designed to safely remove coral pests, eggs, and surface bacteria before new corals enter your aquarium. It provides effective protection against flatworms, nudibranchs, and other hitchhikers while remaining gentle on coral tissue.

Reef Primer is suitable for SPS, LPS, and soft corals and is an essential tool for responsible coral acclimation and quarantine, helping protect established reef systems from pest introduction.

Usage Instructions

Mix 45 g of Reef Primer with 4 litres of aquarium water and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved.

Submerge corals or frags for a maximum of 5 minutes, keeping the dip water gently agitated. Remove corals from the dip and place them directly into the aquarium or quarantine system.

The 45 g Reef Primer Shot provides the correct dose for a single 4 litre coral bath, while the 180 g Reef Primer tub allows multiple treatments for regular coral dipping or quarantine use.
