RowaLith 9–15 mm is a naturally sourced calcium carbonate media engineered specifically for use in calcium reactors. Its coarse, consistent granule size provides excellent water flow, preventing compaction and ensuring efficient CO₂ dissolution for stable calcium and alkalinity (KH) delivery.

A key benefit of RowaLith is its balanced release of calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium when used in a calcium reactor. Maintaining correct magnesium levels is essential for healthy coral growth, as magnesium stabilises alkalinity and calcium availability while supporting strong skeletal formation in SPS, LPS, and other calcifying organisms.

By supplying magnesium alongside calcium and carbonate, RowaLith helps prevent ionic imbalance and reduces the need for separate magnesium supplementation, making it an efficient, all-round reactor media for long-term reef stability.

Usage Instructions

Rinse lightly before initial use to remove dust. Fill the reactor chamber to the manufacturer’s recommended level and monitor effluent pH to ensure stable and consistent dissolution. Replace the media when granules are significantly reduced in size.
